i loved the customer service I received before and on the day. I was welcomed as I parked my car outside, the front desk was very professional and the lady that attended to me was was lovely and professional.

Reason being the Ansusa, who I dealt with was very late in getting back to me re status of my car. And also did not inform me that my dash cam was turned off and not turned back on again. Very poor. Needs improving with customers and her attitude.

I did have to wait for my car to be ready and was not told that the software update meant that my CarPlay had been disconnected and all my radio presets were gone.

Jason on the front desk was friendly and helpful. Had the work done quick, pick up was easy. Additional bag of goodies for a vehicle recall was a nice touch.

Extremely satisfied! Couldn't have asked for more. The lady that was dealing with me (Natasha) was fantastic! I don't know much about cars but she sure does and even took the time to visit my vehicle and help me better understand my own tyres!

The staff were all polite and friendly, and showed that they care about their customers even if we were only there for a recall. There was even a member of staff on the forecourt to help with parking, this made a big difference.

Absolute disgrace. New battery fitted by SJs but still have a discharging problem!? SJ did NOT perform a diagnoses check, for possible voltage leak (short circuit), alternator problem, et. They removed a New EFB battery for another EFB? Why?No trust!

Not sure if recall was completed, did not receive confirmation. Need to rebook to have repair (seat heater sensor) completed. Not had the chance yet. Interior was left bit dirty/muddy. Apart from that, very happy with service.

The chap that received me initially was curt and dismissive, meaning the service plan problem he generated was passed onto the nice lady left to deal with all remaining stages.
