difficult to get through on phone to book inno one phoned in time to say car was ready no tyre in stock (had told them I probably had puncture as warning light had come on)did not investigate noise we told them about

Once the brake fluid was changed, I was told that brake pads also needed changing. Since this should also been included in the service plan this should have been done at the same time. Incl the MOT, that will mean 3 separate visits in as many weeks

Soon after scheduled service, had to return within a month for engine problems, which may have been a result of substandard service performed the first time round. The problem was fixed by putting in oil in the car, expected to be done at service.

polite, professional, helpful service and a great valet clean, even when just doing an MOT and £ spend is low. Overall great customer care. Really makes a difference.
