Had to chase the status of my car late in the day. It was ready when I called.
My car was in for it's MOT. The garage cleared the windscreen washers for me so it passed.
See above re difficulty arranging service.On collection ,without prior warning from Beccie,I collected car only to be told that both rear tyres had nails/pins in them and no tyres available on site.Car not valeted as promised by Beccie.

The car was not cleaned inside...the back seats were not touched and the outside of the car was not cleaned to a good standard.
I was not kept informed as to when my car would be ready. I was told 90 mins. Did not get a call so arrived back 2 hours later, still not ready! told 10 mins, was not shown to the waiting area or offered a drink, 20mins later got my car. poor service
It's not only me, but my car is also treated with the utmost respect. That goes a long way in my book.
